I think when it comes to wacky and crazy looks Lady Gaga knows best. But I think she's  taken cartoon couture onto a whole new level. She was spotted in this Comme Des Garcons dress at the Park Hyatt Vendome Hotel in Paris. It's one of those dresses that struggles from catwalk to highstreet.
